Terraria not launching/Loading

Okay so I am running windows 8 64 bit, and i'm not able to launch terraria nothing happens I have ran as administrator and run in safe mode (windows 7) and it never runs. I went to program files/steam/steamapps/common/ and there is nothing there related to terraria. If someone could help or knows what the problem, that would be fantastic! :D

Good day Terrarians!
In late 2014, we saw a number of updates for Terraria on Console and Mobile – including Mobile 1.2 and the addition of the expanded Holiday/Xmas content to our console versions. At the time, we also made the commitment to everyone that we would be looking to provide more frequent updates heading into 2015 – including one that we had planned to have live in “Early 2015”.

Terra Armor

Well, is my first thread here, english is not my language, error incomming.

The Terra Armor is better than the Beetle armor, with full set, is 90 of defense, full set have the bonus of "Divine Protection", projectile damage, magic damage and melee damage is reduced by 20%, and Terra Blade damage up in 30%

How to say it "Seal-us".
It will spawn in the Hallow after the lunar boss is defeated. to make it you need 2 Sliceas Ore And 5 Orichalcum Bars at a Sliceas Furnace.
It Can Make.
  1. The Slicashonga (Spear). 20 Sliceas Bars and 2 Orichalcum Bars. 167 Damage!
  2. Sliceas Furnace. 30 Sliceas ore, 40 Orichalcum Bars, and 5 Titanium Bars. Able To make Sliceas Bars!
  3. S-14 (Gun). 15 Sliceas Bars, 30 Iron or Lead Bars. Damage 56, Speed 5 Blocks Per Sec!
  4. Sliceas Drill. 316% Mining Power :D!...

As the title says, looking for more players. The server is dedicated, made by a friend, meaning you can play without anyone online.
We just created a new world (large), however we're in end-game gear. The world is completely unexplored upon edit of this thread. You can feel free to go off on your own accord or stick with us.
You may join with end-game gear (Duke Fishron) - or less is fine as we can get you the equips. Or you can do it yourself, either is fine! :)

I don't know if this is a bug or not capable with the mobile version yet ( I also looked for different threads about this subject but are all of older versions), but the recipes aren't popping up in the crafting screen, I know you don't need a work bench, but simply a chair and table. I tried both regular wood and Rich Mahogany chair and table. All help is appreciated.

I was getting a new familiar shirt for myself, then suddenly, he said to me, "That Red Hat of yours looks familiar..." Plus, I did have the red hat on, but it was dyed, so I'd think that you should replace "red" with whatever color the hat is.

Things you need to do to start the challenge
  • Download a world full of water
  • Go to an item server and grab a diving helmet
  • Try your best to survive!

My mistake? Accidentally throwing away my Phoenix blaster right before fighting wall of flesh. I was trying to empty my inventory.

Pumpkin moon not lasting long enough!

When I spawn a pumpkin moon, I can only get to around wave 4 because not enough mobs spawn! I can't get pumpking to spawn so I can get the horsemans blade. How do I increase spawn rate? (Tried water torches and battle potions)

REQUIREMENTS
  • You must have Terraria on PC (duh)
  • You MUST have Skype so we can contact eachother when we want to play
  • You must not be under the age of 12 (I don't like kids)
  • We have to be able to play around the same times, so we can fight bosses together!
Rules
  1. No stealing from each other
  2. No using infinest or other hacks

Hoiktronics: Jukebox with Programmable Track Changer (Bonus: Moon/Mech Boss Arena)

I present my latest hoiktronics creation: a jukebox featuring all 32 Terraria tracks and a programmable track changer. The track changer can be turned on to change the music tracks at timed intervals. The desired interval length can be input into the jukebox; unlike timer cascades which allow for certain actions to be repeated at timed intervals, the mechanism I use allows the player to control the interval length!

The video also showcases my new battle arena for Moon events and Mechanical...
