I made a similar post to this on Terraria Online, but figured I'd make it here too. The idea is humorously terrible ideas for Terraria, or ideas that make an amount of sense but would never work in practice.

I'll get us started...

* The "beginning of the end "actually IS potentially the end of the world. Fail to defeat the celestial towers in a short enough time, or get defeated by Moon Lord? Your world is deleted.

I've always loved reading and writing, so when i started playing Terraria, i thought it would be cool if there was a story about Terraria. I looked at some of the stories on the forums, and while there were several great ones, i noticed that none of them were accurate to the game's mechanics. While there is nothing wrong with this, i thought it would be cool to have one that was just about a normal terraria playthrough, so i decided to write one!

I'm am very exited for the new update I've been waiting for so long for the update and once it comes out I'm going to be playing every chance I get. I'm a hardcore Terraria gamer that is in love with the game and I've been wanting to be able to play all the versions but this game is amazing it is a one of a kind game I've been playing pocket edition since the first update thank you for making this great game

Personally I think Crimson is creepier but it's better to me, ESPECIALLY because of the fact that you can acquire the most useful weapon; Vampire Knives. But I like it alot for other reasons too, like how the chasms are relatively small, making it easy to clentaminate. The landscape & the music also gives an overwhelming feeling of anxiety, which is a great feature I love in games. And one last thing, making the Golden Shower, a REALLY useful weapon, I wouldn't have shredded...

What hammer should I use?

I use the axe for general wall breaking, but I found it nearly impossible to smooth out a block the way I want it, because the axe cycles through them way to fast. What is a good hammer that doesn't cycle through the smoothed out blocks to slow or too fast?

Cultists respawn bugged

So I appear to have run into the bug breaking cultist respawn if you lure away the archers after killing the praying one (this is mentioned as a possible bug on the wiki.) I was at the dungeon, killed 2 cultists, and then saw a martian probe. To avoid losing the martian event i desummoned my minons and ran after the probe, after killing some cultists, and obviously luring away the 1 remaining archer. Anyways, after completing the martian event, I headed back towards the dungeon to finally...

Now, this is just for laughs. This can be a little story or just a plain screenshot. My story: So, i was having fun, starting on a new world. 5 minutes later i have a little house and some good starting gear. I thought: ''Let's go mining!". Bad idea. 3 minutes in, and guess what. I panicked because a lot of mobs were attacking me and because of the knoc back of the hits I got I was thrown on a pressure plate, boulder on me, I'm dead. So I thought: "Bad luck, can happen to everybody". I guess...

New Install on WIN 10 Error When I Try to Run It

WIN 10
Purchased Terreria today Apr 1. Tried to run it separately and through steam and got the same pop-up error.

I followed the steam suggestions. Tried to install the latest 4.6.1 framework, PC said it or a newer version was already installed. Tried to install XNA. Computer asked to repair or remove, so I choosed repair. Tried to run as administrator. Still same error.
